Final Project - Digital Portfolio
The final project is to create a digital portfolio of the work you have already done using Google Sites.
Step 1. Click the ---> example project and follow the instructions.
Step 2. Go to ----> https://sites.google.com/
Step 3. Make a new Google Site, click pages, add 5 new pages, one for each project.
Start decorating your site and uploading examples of your projects.
Please do not include any personal identifying information.
Step 4. Upload pixel art.
Some extra tips:
1. Decorate your portfolio website however you like.
2. Make a "Bonus page" it could be credits, an extra project page, or just some cool pictures or something.
3. Try "Embedding" your scratch games and Beepbox music.
How to Embed Music:

First add your audio file to your Google Drive in mp3 format.

Open the file in your Drive. Go to More Actions (Three vertical dots on the top right corner) Share. Change it to “Anyone with the link”, then Copy Link.

In Google Sites, open the page your want to add the audio to. Click on Insert. Embed. By URL. Paste the link to your audio file and click insert.

Done!
How to Embed Scratch Games:

On your game page on Scratch click "copy link" then click “Copy embed”

Then on Google sites, click “Embed” and then “Embed Code” then paste the link.
Rubric for Final Project
4 Advanced
Website contains 6 pages, plus a homepage. Project pages showcase finished projects clearly with multiple pictures or examples and include a text box with some writing about each. Homepage is decorated with many background images or extra examples showcasing the students creativity or personality. Website also contains embedded scratch games or embedded beep box music, as well as working extra links.
3 Meets
Website contains 5 project pages with at least 1 examples of each project. Homepage has working links, and project pages have working links. Not much in the way of extra decorations.
2 Approaching
Website contains 4 or less project pages showcasing projects. Links may or may not work.
1 Emerging
Website shows at least 1 example of something we have done in class. Minimal work done.
